Welcome to your workout! This workout is all focused on upper body strength and ab strength! We are working for 30 seconds in our strength exercises and resting for 15 seconds in a bootcamp style superset! We will be challenging ourselves in different ways through each of our 3 rounds of each exercise so make sure you push yourself and handle the weights that get you close to failure!
